Melissa's love for food started at an early age. Her grandmother was a passionate cook who grew all of her own vegetables + made everything from scratch. Days together in the kitchen inspired a love for food + family. Read more about it here.
A lifelong fan of the arts, Melissa has always pursued creativity. Teaching herself photography became a passion. After graduating with honors from Le Cordon Bleu, Melissa began to combine her love for cooking + baking with photography. She is now a published food photographer + executive pastry chef at Nakorn Kitchen in Evanston, IL. 

Marc is a man of many passions. Fiction, poetry, strong coffee are constant companions. Music is both a constant soundtrack to his life as well as a catalyst for inspiration. Marc is also a well-educated speaker, teacher and creative marketer. 
Marc's love for food started at his first bite of Melissa's authentic risotto. This started their journey of touring inspiring restaurants which has led them to Siege. Marc is also the GM at NaKorn Kitchen in Evanston.
